Mason County (19-11) set the tone with its man-to-man defense limiting Augusta (20-10) to 14 points in the first half on 26.3 percent shooting from the field.
There was one tie and four lead changes in the first quarter. The Royals outscored the Panthers 20-5 in the second quarter to lead 32-14 at halftime then scored 11 straight points to open the third quarter for a 43-14 lead.
The biggest lead was 72-33 with 6:54 left in the game.
Braeden Myrick made four 3-pointers and added 16 points for the Royals. Hamilton was 9-of-17 from the field, 6-of-11 from 3-point range and 2-of-2 from the foul line.
Scilley was 10-of-16 from the field, 3-of-5 from beyond the arc and 2-of-2 on free throws.
Jake Feldhaus had a game-high 11 rebounds and Carter McClanahan dished out a game-high nine assists.
Conner Snapp led three Augusta players in double-figure scoring with 14 points, Kylan Hinson followed with 11 and Devante Jefferson added 10.
Mason County shot 57.9 percent from the field in the second half and 53.2 percent from the field for the game. The Royals were 14-of-30 from beyond the arc.
The Royals will play the Bracken County Polar Bears in the championship game Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
