Downs-Perry and Durham-Campbell have hat tricks in Lady Royals' 8-0 win over Rowan County

Adrienne Downs-Perry and Harley Durham-Campbell each had a hat trick to lead the Mason County Lady Royals to an 8-0 win over the Rowan County Lady Vikings on Saturday at Wald Park.

Downs-Perry also had an assist. Jayden Stahl scored a goal and had two assists. Kambria Thomas added a goal. Madie Grutza had two assists and Johnna Bush and Sophia Bisotti each had an assist.

Goalkeeper Eden Abshire made 12 saves.

Mason County (6-7) will host Calvary Christian on Monday night on Senior Night.

Durham-Campbell with four goals and three assists in Lady Royals' win over Ludlow

Harley Durham-Campbell had four goals and three assists and Sarah Payne had two goals and one assist as the Mason County Lady Royals ran their winning streak to three matches with an 8-1 road victory over Ludlow on Wednesday night.

Hailey Henderson and Madison Thomas each scored a goal.

Jayden Stahl, Bailey Boone and Cadence Garrison each had an assist.

Durham-Campbell leads the Lady Royals in goals (20) and assists (8).

Mason County will play at Villa Madonna on Saturday at 10 a.m.

Durham-Campbell with a hat trick and an assist in Lady Royals 8-1 win over Paris

Harley Durham-Campbell had a hat trick and an assist as the Mason County Lady Royals ran their record to 4-0 with an 8-1 victory over the Paris Lady Hounds in Paris on Monday night.

Sarah Payne scored a goal and had two assists. Aubrey Gross had a goal and an assist. Adrienne Downs-Perry, Madie Grutza and Jayden Stahl each scored a goal. 

Durham-Campbell has scored 11 goals this season.

The Lady Royals will play their home opener on Saturday at 6 p.m. vs. Powell County.

Lady Royals fall to Pendleton County 4-3

 The Mason County Lady Royals lost to the Pendleton County Lady Wildcats 4-3 Wednesday night in the championship game of the 38th District soccer tournament at Mason County.

The game was decided by penalty kicks in a shootout.

Mason County freshman Harley Durham-Campbell scored two goals, giving her five for the tournament. Chloe Cracraft scored the Lady Royals' other goal. Sarah Payne had two assists and Jayden Stahl had an assist.

The loss snapped Mason County's four-game winning streak.

Both teams advance to the 10th Region Tournament.
