Clark County outscored Scott 18-8 in the second quarter to lead 34-19 at the half.
The Lady Eagles outscored the Lady Cardinals 13-5 in the third quarter to pull within seven points, but Clark County used a 26-14 run in the fourth quarter to take its biggest lead of the game at 65-46.
The Lady Cardinals shot 53.2 percent from the field and made 7-of-13 three-pointers (53.8 percent).
Haley Harrison led Clark County in scoring with 20 points.
Shemaya Behanan scored 17 points, Kennedy Igo followed with 11 points and Maleaha Bell added 10 points.
Scott senior Anna Clephane scored a game-high 27 points and Summer Secrist added 20 points.
Harrison, Behanan, Igo, Bell, Clephane, Secrist and Scott freshman Sofia Allen were named to the All-Tournament Team.
Clark County will play 13th Region champion Harlan County in the first round of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare KHSAA Girls Sweet Sixteen Wednesday at 8 p.m. at BB&T Arena at Northern Kentucky University.
