Saints snap an 8-game losing streak with a an 82-69 win over Augusta

The St. Patrick Saints have the Augusta Panthers' number. The Saints picked up their first win of the season with a double overtime victory over the Panthers in December. Tonight, St. Patrick snapped an 8-game losing streak with an 82-69 over Augusta on the Panthers' home court. Five Saints scored in double figures with Tyler Slack leading the way with 20 points. Daniel Yeary followed with 17 points. Cory Jodrey scored 16 points. Ryan Gallenstein added 15 points after missing five games with a knee injury. Ryan Swolsky tossed in 12 points. The Saints play at Eastern Brown Saturday night.

Saints lose to Paris 66-50 in the All "A" 10th Region tourney

The St. Patrick Saints lost to the Paris Greyhounds 66-50 tonight in the quarterfinal round of the All "A" 10th Region tournament at Northern Kentucky University. St. Patrick led 27-22 at the halftime, but Paris took control of the game by outscoring the Saints 19-7 in the third quarter. Tyler Slack led the Saints in scoring with 16 points. Cory Jodey scored 11 points. St. Patrick plays at Augusta on Jan. 28.

Saints lose to Brossart 73-38

The St. Patrick Saints lost to the Bishop Brossart Mustangs 73-38 in Alexandria Friday night. Brossart led 30-15 at the half. Tyler Slack led the Saints in scoring with 15 points. Cory Jodrey added 10 points. The Saints host Pendleton County Tuesday night.
