The race, the brainchild of Dr. Mark Day, will begin in the 200 block of East Third Street and end at the Limestone Landing Fountain on McDonald Parkway.
Runners can stick around after the race and enjoy the Pickers and Grinners event in downtown Maysville.
The race will feature chip timing. Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female, and to the first, second and third place finishers in several age groups for both men and women. The top three walkers will also receive awards.
The entry fee is $20 for athletes who pre-register before 10 p.m. on June 18. If you wait until race day, the fee is $30.
