Lady Devils top Lady Saints

Krysta Hamm scored 22 points to lead the Robertson County Lady Devils to a 66-34 win over the St. Patrick Lady Saints on Tuesday night at The Shamrock.

Lilly Monroe added 16 points for the Lady Devils (15-12), while Ruby Gay tallied 14 points.

Lillian Klee scored a game-high 23 points for the Lady Saints (2-12).

After a close first quarter, Robertson County outscored St. Patrick 18-9 in the second quarter to lead 31-19 at halftime. The Lady Devils had a 52-29 lead after three quarters.

Robertson County will play at Paris on Friday night.

St. Patrick will host Newport on Friday night.

Lady Saints fall to Robertson County in All "A"

The St. Patrick Lady Saints kept the game close for a quarter, but lost to the Robertson County Lady Devils 65-35 on Saturday in the quarterfinals of the 10th Region All "A" Classic at Nicholas County.

The Lady Saints only trailed by five at the end of the first quarter, but Robertson County led 28-15 at the half and 51-25 after three quarters.

Krysta Hamm led five Robertson County players in double figures with a game-high 21 points. Hadleigh Linville followed with 17 points, Ruby Gay tossed in 13 and Lilly Monroe added 10.

Lillian Klee led the Lady Saints with 19 points and was named to the All-Tournament Team. Emma Gallenstein added 11 points.

St. Patrick sophomore Makenzie Markley was named to the All-Academic Team.

St. Patrick (1-6) will travel to northern Kentucky on Tuesday to play Covington Latin.

Robertson County (5-7) advances to the semifinals to play the Nicholas County Lady Jackets on Monday.

Lady Saints lose to Robertson County

The St. Patrick Lady Saints closed out the pre-Christmas portion of their schedule with a 65-33 loss to the Robertson County Lady Devils on Thursday night at Robertson County.

Lillian Klee scored 18 points and Emma Gallenstein added 11 points for St. Patrick (1-5).

Ruby Gay led Robertson County (3-6) in scoring with 21 points, Krysta Hamm followed with 17 and Lilly Monroe tossed in 11.

The Lady Saints' next game will be on January 6 against Robertson County in the 10th Region All "A" Classic.

The Lady Devils will travel to Paris on Friday night to play the Bourbon County Lady Colonels.
