Royals close out the regular season with a 4-2 win over Peebles

Dylan Whitehead scored two goals and had an assist and Corey Walker had two goals to lead the Mason County Royals to a 4-2 road win over the Peebles Indians Thursday night. Tanner Walton had two assists. Mason County (10-5-2) plays Grant County Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the 23rd District tournament at Pendleton County.

Mason Co. soccer teams sweep West Union on Senior Night

The Mason County girls and boys soccer teams swept West Union on Senior Night. Dylan Whitehead scored two goals and had an assist to lead the Royals to a 5-2 victory. Sam Griffey,
Corey Walker and Jonathon Reynolds each scored a goal. Kyle Thompson and Jake Morgan each had an assist. The Lady Royals beat the Lady Dragons 3-1. Alyssa Price scored a first half goal with an assist by Porsha Greene. Ashley Deatley and Taylor Houchens each scored a goal in the second half.
