Saints edge Black Devils in All "A" region quarterfinals

Abi Ignacio made two free throws with 11 seconds left in the game to give the St. Patrick Saints a 48-46 victory over the Robertson County Black Devils on Saturday in the 10th Region All "A" Classic at Nicholas County.

It is the Saints' first win in the 10th Region All "A" Classic since 2014.

Amari Myrick scored a game-high 21 points for St. Patrick (2-8). Ignacio finished with 15 points.

Devin Craig and Ben Sweet scored 14 points for Robertson County (2-11).

The Saints move on to the semifinals to play the Nicholas County Bluejackets on Monday night.

The Black Devils will hit the road Tuesday night to play Calvary Christian.

Myrick scores a game-high 22 points in St. Patrick's loss

Amari Myrick scored a game-high 22 points, but the St. Patrick Saints lost to the Trinity Christian Titans 78-40 at The Shamrock on Saturday afternoon.

Abi Ignacio added 13 points for the Saints. 

St. Patrick (0-3) will host the Robertson County Black Devils on Tuesday night.

Saints lose to West Union 82-38

The St. Patrick Saints suffered their seventh straight loss, falling to the West Union Dragons 82-38 at The Shamrock on Tuesday night.

Amari Myrick led St. Patrick (2-16) with 21 points. Abisai Ignacio added 10 points.

Gavin Jarvis had 27 points for West Union. 

The Saints will host Trinity Christian on Monday night.

Saints fall to Robertson County

The St. Patrick Saints lost to the Robertson County Black Devils 85-54 at The Shamrock on Monday night.

There were nine lead changes and eight ties in the first half. 

Robertson County (3-22) pulled away by ending the first half on 12-2 run.

Hunter Earlywine scored a game-high 34 points for Robertson County. Jacob Burden followed with 20 points and Ben Sweet added 10.

Amari Myrick led St. Patrick (2-15) with 19 points. Abisai Igancio tossed in 18 points and Garrett Tesmer finished with 11.

The Saints are right back in action on Tuesday night at home vs. the West Union Dragons.

The Black Devils will play at Fleming County on Friday night.

Saints lose to Heritage Academy

The St. Patrick Saints lost to the Heritage Academy Eagles 79-33 at The Shamrock on Tuesday night.

Abisai Ignacio led the Saints in scoring with 12 points. Garrett Tesmer added 10 points.

St. Patrick (2-10) will play at Pendleton County next Tuesday night.

Saints beat Hillsboro Christian on Homecoming

Amari Myrick scored a career-high 25 points and the St. Patrick Saints celebrated Homecoming with a 74-50 victory over Hillsboro Christian at The Shamrock on Thursday night.

It's St. Patrick's second victory of the season and it snapped a five-game losing streak.

The Saints took control of the game with a 9-0 run in the second quarter.

Garrett Tesmer and Abisai Ignacio added 12 points apiece for St. Patrick. Gabe Sammons tossed in 11 points.

The Saints (2-9) host Heritage Academy on Tuesday night.

Saints lose to Robertson County 71-46

St. Patrick had a season-high point total but so did Robertson County and the Saints lost to the Black Devils 71-46 Tuesday night at Robertson County.

St. Patrick (0-4) had three players score in double figures. Amari Myrick matched his career-high with 18 points. Abisai Ignacio followed with 12 and Garrett Tesmer added 10.

Robertson County (1-3) was led in scoring by Jacob Burden and Hunter Earlywine with 24 points each.

The Saints' next game is December 20 at home vs. Covington Latin.
