Bethel College in Tennessee has invited Mason County offensive tackle Chris Temple to its playoff game Saturday. Bethel College is in McKenzie, TN. The Wildcats are ranked 4th in the nation in NAIA. Bethel hosts Mid-America Nazarene Saturday.
Ryan Steigleder, a 2004 graduate of Mason County High School, is a senior defensive
back for Mid-America Nazarene.

Recruiting News
Here are some recruiting update on local players:
- Mason County senior tight end/defensive end Jackson Tolle was scheduled to visit Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Former Kentucky tight end Chase Harp, the offensive line coach at Gardner-Webb, invited Tolle visit the school. Here is a link to the school's website.
- Maritime College in Throggs Neck, NY is the latest school to contact Mason County senior offensive tackle Chris Temple. Maritime head coach Clayton Kendrick-Holmes has asked for a video of one of Temple's games. Here is a link to the school's website. Wilmington, Eastern Kentucky, Maryville, Wooster and Thomas More are some of the other schools who have shown an interest in Temple.
- Centre College in Danville is recruiting St. Patrick senior guard Chris Owens. Centre coach James Booker attend a St. Patrick practice last week.
