John Bess wins Two Bridge 10-miler, Amrita Srinivasan top female finisher

John Bess of Maysville won the Two Bridge 10-Miler hosted by Maysville Rotary Club this morning. Bess finished with a time of 1:03:09.

Amrita Srinivasan, also of Maysville, was the top female finisher with a time of 1:09:11.

Joshua Donahue of Walton, KY won the Two Bridge 5K. Katelynn Boerger of Seaman, Ohio was the top female finisher.

The Mason County Lady Royals soccer team held its awards banquet Thursday night at the Maysville Conference Center, Here is a list of the award winners:

Lady Royals blank Bath County 3-0

The Mason County Lady Royals evened their record at 2-2 with a 3-0 victory over the Bath County Lady Wildcats. Amrita Srinivasan, Jessica Shotwell and Mariah Scilley each scored a goal. Lady Royals goalie Chelsi Comberger got her second shutout of the season. Mason County is back in action Monday night at Ripley.
