The Mason County Royals closed out the regular season with an 11-1 victory over the visiting Lewis County Lions in six innings Friday.
The Royals have won two straight games, five of six and eight of 10.
Mason County (21-7) is the No. 1 seed in the three-team 39th District Tournament. The Royals will play in the championship game Wednesday vs. the winner of Monday's game between Bracken County and Augusta.
The 39th District Tournament will be played at Mason County.
