Riggs won with a time of 10:21.14 Saturday at the Carmeuse Mason County Schools Indoor Athletic Complex.
The Lady Royals had a team score of 92, six points behind Rockcastle County.
The Mason County boys finished in eighth place with 35 points. Ashland won the state championship with 102 points.
