The St. Patrick Saints trailed 20-5 at the end of the first quarter and lost to the Fleming County Panthers 67-39 Saturday night in Flemingsburg.
Riley Mastin and Pat McKay were sidelined with injuries.
Jaylan Rigdon led St. Patrick in scoring with 11 points.
Cole Saunders scored 20 points for Fleming County.
St. Patrick's next game is Friday at home against Williamstown.
