Girls regional golf tournament postponed until Wednesday

The girls' Region 8 golf tournament scheduled Monday at Longview Golf Club in Georgetown has been postponed and rescheduled for Wednesday.

The boys' Region 8 golf tournament is scheduled Tuesday at AJ Jolly Golf Course in Alexandria.

The Region 8 schools are Augusta, Bishop Brossart, Bourbon County, Calvary Christian, Campbell County, George Rogers Clark, Harrison County, Mason County, Nicholas County, Paris, Pendleton County, Robertson County, Scott, Scott County and St. Patrick.

The winning and runner-up teams and the four lowest girls' scorers and three lowest boys' scorers not on the winning or runner-up teams advance to the state tournament.
