Royals hand Camels first golf loss

The Mason County boys' golf team handed regional favorite Campbell County its first loss of the season Wednesday. The Royals won 158-176 on the back nine at Laurel Oaks Golf Club. Campbell County was 11-0 going into the match. Mason County (9-4) was led by Ryan Hamm with a 38. Eric White and Tanner Walton both shot 39s. Josh Harris had a 42. Mason County plays in the Montgomery County Invitational on Saturday.
