Green County boys' basketball coach Jordan Gilbert has resigned after three seasons.
Gilbert, who was named the Kentucky Boys' Coach of the Year by KyHighMedia last month, announced his resignation on Facebook and X.
The Dragons went 57-34 in three seasons under Gilbert, including a 24-4 record and a district championship this past season. Green County lost to North Hardin 63-60 in the semifinals of the 5th Region Tournament last month.🐉💪🏼 pic.twitter.com/wExy0d0pfK

Gilbert, a 2011 graduate of Mason County High School, was an assistant coach at Mason County before taking the Green County head coaching position.
He was inducted into the 10th Region Coaches Association Hall of Fame on Sunday.
