Bryan Gregory is Mason County's new District Athletic Director. He was named to succeed Chris O'Hearn who stepped down after one year in the role.

Maysville — Mason County Schools would like to announce the resignation of Chris O’Hearn as District Athletic Director. Coach O’Hearn served in this role for the 2024-25 school year. The current Mason County Middle School Dean of Students, Bryan Gregory, has accepted the position of District Athletic Director. Mr. Gregory will oversee all athletics at Mason County Middle School and Mason County High School. Mr. Gregory brings a strong background in education and a passion for student success both on and off the field.
Prior to his role as the Dean of Students at MCMS, he served as the Offensive Coordinator at Berea Schools for three years before moving to Mason County. While at Mason County, he taught science, coached Middle School baseball for three years, and most recently, was an assistant football coach at MCMS, serving in that role for the past five years.
Mr. Gregory’s dedication, leadership experience, and commitment to student success make him an outstanding choice to lead our district’s athletic programs into the future.
