Two teams tie for first place in the Super Scramble at KSGC

Two teams tied for first place in the Super Scramble at Kenton Station Golf Course over the weekend at 29-under par 76 for 27 holes.

The opening round on Saturday was shortened to nine holes because of heavy rain.

The team of BJ Knox, Josh Stafford, Terron Routt, Gary McKinney, David Mitchell and Dylan Mitchell and the team of Allen Feldhaus Jr., Will Harden, Chad Homan, Chris Minter, Dale Murray and Brandon Fritz both shot 24 on Saturday and 52 on Sunday.

Three teams tied for third place at 28 under 77:

• Jackson Frame, Logan Shepherd, JD Shepherd, Blake Shepherd, Jeff Shepherd and Joey Shepherd (25-52);
• AJ Hamilton, Jordan McCann, Ian O'Cull, Shawn Johnson, Kevin Darnell and Brad Pritchard (26-51);
• Corey Richmond, Rob Allison, Jon Sandlin, Chris Linback, Eric Richmond and Gerald Humphrey (26-51).
