Kenzie Gulley went 3-for-3, stole three bases and scored three runs and the Mason County Royals beat the Pendleton County Lady Wildcats 3-1 on Monday in the 10th Region Tournament at Scott.
Olivia Hughes pitched a three-hitter, striking out three and walking one.
Hughes and Kylah Turner each had an RBI single.
Mason County (23-12) advances to the region semifinals for the first time since 2016.
The Lady Royals will play Montgomery County on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. The Lady Indians shutout the Bishop Brossart Mustangs 11-0 on Monday.
