The loss also snapped the Lady Royals' season-opening 11-game homecourt winning streak.
Mason County led 5-0, but Fleming County answered with an 18-0 run.
The Lady Panthers outshot the Lady Royals 51.7 percent to 20.7 percent from the field in the first half and led 37-15 at haltime.
Mason County applied full-court pressure and closed the gap to 42-30 with 2:55 left in the third quarter, but Fleming County responded with an 11-2 run to push the lead to 53-34 with 5:44 remaining in the game.
The Lady Panthers' biggest lead was 62-39 with 3:22 to play.
Adriana Adams scored a game-high 19 points for Fleming County. Three of her teammates also scored in double figures as Sadie Price followed with 12 points and Abree Argo and Ava Watson each added 11 points.
Amirah Reed made four 3-pointers and scored 17 points for Mason County. Lexi Young had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
For the game, Mason County shot 17-of-61 from the field (27.9 percent) including 6-of-30 from 3-point range.
The Lady Royals (16-10) will be back in action on Friday night vs. Villa Madonna in the Laura Hall Classic at Dayton.
The Lady Panthers (17-8) will travel to Carlisle on Saturday afternoon to play the Nicholas County Lady Jackets.
