The St. Patrick Saints trailed 26-0 at the end of the first quarter and lost to the Trinity Christian Titans 59-23 on Saturday afternoon in Lexington.
The Saints, playing their first game since January 11, were held to eight points in the first half.
Amari Myrick led St. Patrick (2-11) in scoring with 15 points.
The Saints will head to northern Kentucky on Tuesday night to play Covington Latin.
