Shawn Armstrong, a two-time champion, and Jake O'Mara each shot a 6-under 66 Saturday and share the first round lead at the 31st Laurel Oaks Classic.
Logan Liles is in third place after shooting at 67.
Josh Goddard's 68 puts him in fourth place.
Logan McIntosh and Rick Harmon are four shots off the lead at 2 under, and Grant Owens and three-time champion Mark Moore are five shots back at 1 under.
The final round is Sunday. The final group is scheduled to tee off at noon.
