At 10-0, Mason County is off to its best start since the 2006-07 season.
The Royals fell behind 6-0, but took control of the game by outscoring the Indians 17-9 in the second quarter.
Mason County was up 41-33 after three quarters. Madison Central got to within two points three times in the fourth quarter, but the Royals had an answer each time and ended the game on a 5-1 run.
KG Walton had 10 assists. Philip Bierley pulled down nine rebounds.
The Royals advance to the semifinals on Thursday at 8 p.m. against the winner of the North Oldham vs. North Laurel game.
