The Mason County girls' and boys' teams will compete in the KHSAA Class AA State Cross Country Championships on Friday at the Bourbon County Cross Country Course.
The boys' meet is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. followed by the girls' meet at 5 p.m. Gates open for spectators at 3 p.m.
All tickets must be purchased online. Tickets purchased before Friday are $13. On Friday, the ticket price increases to $15. Children five and under will be admitted free but their ticket must be obtained online. All tickets are plus applicable fees that are not received by the KHSAA.
Last year, the Lady Royals finished in fourth place, while the Royals finished in 25th place.
