Seventy-six 2-man teams are scheduled to play in The Commonwealth Cup tournament Saturday and Sunday at Laurel Oaks Golf Course.
The tournament has a unique format. In each round, holes 1-6 are best ball, holes 7-12 are scramble play and holes 13-18 are alternate shot.
Teams will be flighted following the first round.
Matt Epperson and Jeremy Martin are the defending champions.
A Par-3 Contest (a 2-man scramble format) takes place Friday evening with a shotgun start at 6:30.
The public is invited to watch the Par-3 Contest and The Commonwealth Cup tournament.
