The George Rogers Clark Lady Cardinals and Cardinals are both No. 1 in the Preseason 10th Region Basketball Media Polls.

Ten media members voted in the girls' poll and 14 media members cast ballots in the boys' poll. Both polls were compiled by WFTM Sports Director Travis Scaggs.
