The Mason County Royals' season-opening two-game winning streak was snapped by a 41-7 loss to Class AA power Danville Friday night at Admiral Stadium in Danville.
The Admirals led 41-0 before Mason County quarterback Terrell Henry ran two yards for a touchdown in the fourth quarter.
Mason County travels to Flemingsburg next week for a district game against the Fleming County Panthers.
