Dearing rushes for 129 yards and four TDs in Mason County's 47-14 win over Pendleton County

Brandon Dearing rushed for 129 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Mason County Royals to a 47-14 victory over the Pendleton County Wildcats tonight at Mason County in the district opener for both teams. 

Mason County led 26-0 at halftime and 33-0 early in the third quarter. 

The final 10:26 of the game was played with a running clock.

Mason County's defense held Pendleton County to 89 yards of total offense. The Royals had 286 yards of total offense including 235 rushing yards.

Mason County (2-0) was scheduled to play at Frankfort next week, but that game has been canceled due to COVID-19 protocols at Frankfort. The Royals are looking to schedule another opponent next week.
