Royals kick off the football season tonight

The Mason County Royals kick off their 41st varsity football season tonight at 7:30 at home against the Russell Red Devils in the Meadowview Regional Medical Center Kick Off Classic.

Mason County drops back down to Class AAA this year after four seasons in Class AAAA.

Jonathan Thomas begins his fifth season at the Royals' head coach.
