Getting 19 assists on 25 field goals boosted the Mason County Lady Royals to a 61-39 victory over the Holmes Lady Bulldogs Friday night at The Fieldhouse.
The Lady Royals shot 68.2 percent from the field in the second half.
Emma Taylor was 8-of-12 from the field and scored 17 points. Sam Schumacher followed with 11 points and Rachel Payne made 4-of-6 shots from the field and scored 10 points.
Victoria Brooks dished out nine assists.
The Lady Royals play the Augusta Lady Panthers in the semifinals of the 39th District Tournament Monday at 6:30 p,m, at The Fieldhouse.
