The St. Patrick Lady Saints outscored the Sayre Lady Spartans 14-6 in the fourth quarter for a 32-28 victory Friday night in Lexington.
Justina Klee scored 12 points to lead the Lady Saints to their second win in as many nights.
St. Patrick hosts Silver Grove tonight for a girls and boys doubleheader on Homecoming.
