Lady Royals had too many turnovers in a 59-41 loss to Rowan County

The Mason County Lady Royals had more turnovers (21) than shots (14) in the first half of a 59-41 loss to the Rowan County Lady Vikings tonight at The Fieldhouse.

Rowan County scored 22 points off Mason County's 27 turnovers and led by as many as 31 points.

The Lady Royals shot just 33.3 percent from the field.

Avery Sims led Mason County is scoring with seven points.

The Lady Royals play the Newport Lady Wildcats in Newport Thursday night.
