The Lady Royals ended the game on a 35-9 run to beat the Greenup County Lady Musketeers 58-32.
The Royals survived a first half three-point barrage by Western Brown to rally for a 73-55 victory over the Broncos.
The Lady Royals scored the final 16 points to run their winning streak to four games.
Kara Moran led Mason County in scoring with 14 points.
Victoria Brooks followed with 12 points and AJ Reed added 10 points.
The Lady Royals travel to Georgetown Tuesday night to play the Scott County Lady Cardinals.
In the boys game, Western Brown hit 10-of-16 three-pointers in the first half including 6-of-9 in the first quarter.
The Broncos led 31-22 before the Royals closed the gap to 34-33 at the half.
After trailing 41-35, Mason County closed the third quarter on a 15-3 run and opened the fourth quarter with an 11-3 run to lead 61-45 with 5:45 to play.
The Broncos closed to within 12 points, but the Royals scored the final six points.
Western Brown ended up 14-of-29 (48.3 percent) from beyond the arc and only had four two-point field goals.
Western Brown junior Josh Taylor hit six three-pointers and scored a game-high 26 points. He drained five treys and scored 19 points in the first half.
Leevi Dunaway led Mason County in scoring with 21 points.
Jaylen Lofton scored 16 points, Carson Brammer tossed in 12 points and Malkolm Devine added 10 points.
The Royals host the Ashland Tomcats Monday night.
