Lady Royals hang on for a 64-57 victory over Boone County

The Mason County Lady Royals had an 18-point lead trimmed to two but were able to hang on for a 64-57 victory over the Boone County Lady Rebels tonight at the Lady Royals Gym downtown.

Victoria Brooks led the Lady Royals in scoring with a career-high 25 points. AJ Reed added 12 points.

Mason County hosts defending state champion Mercer County tomorrow at The Fieldhouse. The freshman play at 2 p.m., the junior varsity at 3 p.m. and the varsity at 4:30 p.m.
