The 80th Chippeways match play golf tournament is underway at Maysville Country Club. First round matches are today, the quarterfinals are Saturday, and the semifinals and finals are Sunday. First round losers will be placed into consolation flights. Three former champions are in the championship flight- Eric Schumacher is a four-time champion (1995, 1996, 2007, 2013), Robert Walton and Joe Traxel are two-time champions. Walton's wins were in 1980 and 2001. Traxel was the Chippeways champion in 1988 and 2002. Here are the pairings for the championship flight:
