Russell Rigg won the Diocese of Covington's Catholic Classic Golf Championship Monday at Hickory Sticks Golf Club in Campbell County. Rigg fired a one-under-par 70 and won by eight shots. St. Patrick finished sixth in the team competition. The tournament included all of the Catholic high schools in the Diocese. Other members of the St. Patrick golf team include Harrison Applegate, Thomas Purdon and William McKay.
