Saints and Panthers end in a tie after third power outage

After three power outages tonight at the Augusta Gymnasium, the St. Patrick vs. Augusta boys' game ended in a 58-58 tie. The lights went out in both the third and fourth quarters. The coaches and officials agreed if the power went off again, the game would end regardless of the score. The third outage occurred with 38 seconds left. Stephen Mason and Lee Gallenstein each had a double, double for St. Patrick. Mason had 20 points and 14 rebounds. Gallenstein added 15 points and 11 rebounds. The Saints play at Paris Thursday night.
