Royals rally for a 60-52 Senior Night win over Harrison County

The Mason County Royals overcame a couple of obstacles to beat the Harrison County Thorobreds 60-52 on Senior Night at The Fieldhouse tonight. Obstacle No. 1- leading scorer Russ Middleton missed the game due to an ankle injury. Obstacle No. 2- after leading by nine at the half, the Royals were outscored 16-3 in the fourth quarter to trail 42-38. But Mason County opened the fourth quarter on a 10-0 run and outscored the Thorobreds 22-10 in the quarter. Treg Setty led the Royals with a game-high 17 points. Mandela Rice scored a career-high 13 points. Keith Downing added 11 points. Mason County plays at Bishop Brossart Tuesday night.
