The boys' 10th Region Tournament begins today at the Montgomery County High School (MCHS) Arena (in the photos). Forty two of the last 43 regional tournaments have been played at the Mason County Fieldhouse. The 1969 tournament was held at Letcher Norton Gymnasium at Clark County. The Clark County Cardinals and the Campbell County Camels meet in the opening game at 5 pm in what I believe is the most intriguing first round game. The Mason County Royals play the Deming Black Devils tonight at 8:30. The gym will be cleared between games.
