The Mason County Royals had 10 steals and shot 80% from the field in the first quarter on their way to a 94-48 win over the Rowan County Vikings tonight in Morehead. The Royals had an 18-0 run in the first quarter. Darius Miller made 9-of-10 shots and scored a game-high 25 points.
Miller was 3-of-3 from three-point range and 4-of-4 at the free throw line. Trevor Setty scored 18 points on 6-of-10 from the field, including 4-of-7 on three-pointers. He was 2-of-2 from the free throw line, Ethan King scored a career-high 15 points and was 7-of-7 from the field and 1-of-1 from the free throw line. Keith Downing had six steals. Blake Petitt scored 25 points for Rowan County.
