Local Teams Have Very Few Home Games

Home games have been few and far between for the four local high school basketball teams.
The St. Patrick Lady Saints have played their first nine games on the road. The Lady Saints' home opener is Friday night against Fleming County.
The Mason County Lady Royals have played seven of their first 11 games on the road. Of the four home games, three were played at The Fieldhouse. The Lady Royals only have three home games left on the schedule and all three are at the girls' gym downtown.
After playing four of their first five games at home, the St. Patrick Saints have played eight straight game roads and are not scheduled to play their next home game until Jan. 15.
The Mason County Royals have only played two of their first 13 games at home. Barring a major upset, the Royals will play three games at The Fieldhouse in the Pepsi Mason County Invitational Tournament this week. After the MCIT, six of the Royals' 13 remaining games will be at home.
