Fryman Has a 2nd and 3rd at SEC-Big Ten Challenge

I'm a little late with this, but University of Kentucky senior Andy Fryman was second in the weight throw and third in the shot put at the SEC-Big Ten Challenge in Bloomington, IN earlier this month. Fryman's toss in the weight throw (65-01.50) is the second best in UK history, just a half inch off the school record, and earned him a provisional mark used for at-large entry into the NCAA Indoor Championships. Fryman had a toss of 57-05-0 in the shot put. Kentucky will host the Rod McCravy Memorial Track Meet on Friday and Saturday at E.J. Nutter Field House.
