The Mason County Lady Royals lost to the Rowan County Lady Vikings 7-1 on Monday at the Tom Browning Boys and Girls Club.
Rowan County scored three runs in the top of the first inning.
Mason County scored its lone run in the bottom of the first inning. Kenzie Gulley hit a leadoff double, stole third base and scored on Olivia Hughes' sacrifice fly.
Mason County (3-12) will host the Bracken County Lady Bears on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
