There were seven ties and 13 lead changes in the game. After leading 44-39 at the end of the third quarter, the Royals opened the fourth quarter with a 9-3 run to lead 53-42. Harrison County cut the gap to five, but Mason County scored the final four points.
The Royals (13-13) will host the Paris Greyhounds on Friday night. The game vs. Collins on Thursday night has been canceled.
Mason County shot 63.2% from the field and 53.8% for the game.
Harrison County shot 24.1% from the field and 33.3% for the game.
