The Mason County Royals football team, coming off its bye week, will host the Holmes Bulldogs Friday night on Homecoming.
The Royals are 4-1 at the midway point of the regular season after routing Rowan County 40-16 two weeks ago.
Holmes (0-6) lost to Covington Catholic 56-0 last week in the district opener for both teams.
The Bulldogs only have 26 players on their roster including seven freshmen.
Holmes has been outscored 238-12 in the first six games of the season.
The Royals shutout the Bulldogs 52-0 last season in Covington.
