Amirah Reed scored a game-high 15 points and Olivia Hughes added 11 points as the Mason County Lady Royals ran their winning streak to a season-high four games with a 53-38 victory over the Paris Lady Hounds on Monday night at Paris.
Mason County (16-9) led 12-5 at the end of the first quarter and 22-9 in the second quarter. The Lady Royals extended the lead to 36-18 in the third quarter. Paris ended the third quarter on a 10-2 run to close to within 10 points, but Mason County answered with a 13-3 run to push the lead to 51-31.
The Lady Royals will host the Fleming County Lady Panthers on Wednesday night.
