Mason County led 45-28 at halftime and 66-33 in the third quarter.
The Royals shot numerous fast break layups and were 35-of-54 from the field (64.8%) for the game including 17-of-24 (70.8%) in the second half.
Mason County (2-1) made 8-of-14 3-pointers and outrebounded Simon Kenton (0-3) 31-20.
Jake Feldhaus scored 15 points going 5-of-5 from the field and 4-of-5 from the free throw line.
Braylon Hamilton tossed in 13 points and Blake Reed added 12 points.
The Royals will play their home opener Friday night vs. Green County in the Mike Murphy Champions Classic.
