The Mason County Lady Royals jumped out to a 12-0 lead on their way to 58-33 win over the Harrison County Fillies in Cynthiana on Monday night.
The Lady Royals opened the game with a full-court press and turned the Fillies' early turnovers into points. Mason County led 20-5 at the end of the first quarter, 32-18 at halftime and 43-27 after three quarters.
Lexi Young scored a career-high 16 points and Sarah Payne had 15 points.
Mason County (10-14) will play the Nicholas County Lady Jackets in Carlisle on Friday night.
