Royals run record to 9-0 with a 37-24 road victory Powell County

The Mason County Royals ran their record to 9-0 with a 37-24 victory over the Powell County Pirates tonight in Stanton.

It was a five-point game until Keshaun Thomas threw a 56-yard touchdown pass to Terrell Henry with 17 seconds left in the first half. It was the second time in the game Thomas and Henry connected on a touchdown pass.

Both teams scored six points in the second half.

Mason County goes 4-0 in district play. The Royals will close out the regular season next week at home vs. Greenup County.
