Golf scramble in memory of Coach Feldhaus raised $6,000 for Wald Park

A golf scramble in memory of former Mason County basketball and baseball coach Allen Feldhaus at Kenton Station Golf Course today raised $6,000 for Wald Park.

Feldhaus was a co-owner of Kenton Station Golf Course. While he was known across the state as a former University of Kentucky basketball player and a legendary coach of the Mason County Royals, he was also a former UK baseball player and played in the Washington Senators' farm system. His love for baseball is why the donation was made to Wald Park, a youth baseball and softball facility that needs funding for field lights.
